Organic Law Approved for the Regional Directorate of Planning, Resources and Public Works Management
Through Regional Regulatory Decree no. 10/2026/M, the organic structure of the Regional Directorate of Planning, Resources and Public Works Management (DRPRGOP) was approved. This executive service is tasked with providing technical-legal support in public procurement and budgetary management of investment projects.
The new structure, integrated into the Regional Secretariat for Equipment and Infrastructure, assumes the following duties:
- Coordination of annual and multi-annual investment plans.
- Technical-legal support for public contracts and management of applications for European Structural and Investment Funds.
- Budgetary management and control of the Regional Directorate for Social Equipment and Conservation (DRESC).
The management personnel chart includes one regional director (1st grade), one deputy regional director (2nd grade), and four 1st-grade intermediate management positions. The diploma revokes Regional Regulatory Decree no. 20/2016/M.
