Rectification in the Appointment of the Member of the Regional Civil Protection Service
Clarification of Deadlines in Regional Administration
A Rectification Declaration was issued by the Presidency of the Regional Government and the Regional Secretariat of Health and Civil Protection to correct an inaccuracy in a previous order. Joint Order No. 25/2026, of March 9, which appointed the Law graduate Edgar Nuno Freitas Rodrigues as a Member of the Board of Directors of the Regional Civil Protection Service, IP-RAM, contained an error in the start date of duties.
Originally, the order indicated that the appointment would take effect on March 9, 2025. With this rectification, the correct date for the start of duties is established as March 9, 2026. The rectification takes effect from the effective date of the rectified order, ensuring the validity of the appointment from the intended date. This senior management position of 2nd degree is held under a service commission regime, for a period of three years.
