Career Consolidation for Technical Coordinator at ALRAM
Public Service Stabilization in Madeira
The Legislative Assembly of the Autonomous Region of Madeira (ALRAM) announced the definitive consolidation of the inter-career mobility of Technical Coordinator Paula Cristina Nóbrega Sá Teixeira. Previously belonging to the Regional Directorate of Budget and Treasury, Paula Teixeira will now join the career and category of parliamentary support technician at ALRAM.
This decision, effective March 10, 2026, formalizes a situation that had already existed since January 1, 2024, when the technician was performing duties under a mobility regime. The consolidation is accompanied by the maintenance of the basic remuneration she received during the mobility, corresponding to level 23 of the single salary table, plus the supplementary remuneration resulting from the special work regime.
The measure, which complies with the requirements of the General Law on Public Service Work and received a favorable opinion from the Board of Directors, aims to bring stability to the employee's career within the regional public administration.
