Through Resolution no. 261/2026, the Regional Government Council approved the Strategic Guidelines for the Integrated Rural Fire Management System of the Autonomous Region of Madeira (SGIFR-RAM).
This document, provided for in Regional Legislative Decree no. 4/2026/M, constitutes the fundamental pillar for the operationalization of the system, serving as a basis for the preparation of the Regional Action Program (PRA) and the Technical Regulation.
