Regional Government leases properties for public services in Funchal
The Regional Government of Madeira has authorized the signing of two lease agreements to accommodate public services, aiming to improve operational efficiency and public service:
- Technical Assistance Services of PEPAC R.A. Madeira: Through Resolution no. 536/2026, the lease of a property at Rua do Aljube, no. 49, in the parish of Sé, to the company ESPAÇOPHARM, UNIPESSOAL, LDA. was authorized. The contract, with a duration of 725 days, has a total cost of €174,540.00, corresponding to a monthly rent of €7,000.00.
- Institute for Mobility and Transport, IP-RAM (IMT, IP-RAM): Through Resolution no. 540/2026, the waiver of a market consultation for the lease of the building located at Rua de São Pedro, nos. 23, 25, and 27, in the parish of São Pedro, was authorized. The contract has a 10-year renewable term, with a monthly rent of €20,000.00, to allow for the installation of a headquarters with capacity for 120 employees.
