Regional Secretariat for Equipment and Infrastructure creates petty cash fund
The Regional Secretary for Equipment and Infrastructure, Pedro Alexandre Fagundes de Freitas Rodrigues, has ordered the creation of a petty cash fund in the amount of 700.00 €, under Dispatch no. 187/2026. The goal is to streamline the payment of small, urgent expenses that do not fit into standard bureaucratic processes.
The fund, under the responsibility of the Technical Coordinator of the SREI Management Unit, Laura Teixeira Teixeira Andrade (replaced by Nelson Fernando Marques Rebolo in case of impediment), will be applied to the following categories:
- Tools and Utensils: 50.00 €
- Other Goods: 150.00 €
- Others: 150.00 €
- Other Services: 150.00 €
- Legal Costs: 200.00 €
The use of this amount will be authorized on a case-by-case basis by the Head of the Regional Secretary's Office, exclusively for reasons of extreme necessity.
