Through Rectification Declaration no. 17/2026, the Regional Directorate of Public Administration corrected a material error in the numbering of Regional Government Council Resolution no. 469/2026, published in the 3rd Supplement of the Official Journal (Series I, no. 82, of May 8).
The document clarifies that where it read "Regional Government Council Resolution no. 468/2026", it should read "Regional Government Council Resolution no. 469/2026". This resolution amends numbers 4 and 5 of Regional Government Council Resolution no. 200/2026, which establishes the regime of exceptional and temporary support to compensate for the increase in fuel prices in the Autonomous Region of Madeira, resulting from the conflict in the Middle East, using as a reference the values from the week of March 9 to 13, 2026.
