Through Regional Government Council Resolution No. 145/2026, the Regional Government authorized the revocation of the Transaction Agreement signed on November 10, 2023, between Caixa Geral de Depósitos, S.A., ASSICOM - Construction Industry Association - Autonomous Region of Madeira, the Autonomous Region of Madeira, and Dilectus Residências Assistidas, S.A..
