Through Order No. 165/2026, the Regional Secretariat for Agriculture and Fisheries has established the structure and evaluation methodology for the knowledge test aimed at pesticide applicators aged 65 or older, as provided for in Regional Legislative Decree No. 13/2022/M.
The evaluation, which is theoretical and practical in nature, can be carried out in written or oral form, depending on the candidate's skills, and covers topics such as label interpretation, equipment regulation, mixture preparation, and safety procedures. The test is preceded by an optional awareness session, and successful candidates will receive a certificate of aptitude for the exercise of the activity.
